In September 1987, the BS&T Board of Directors decided that this company would become the Property Development and Management company to look after the Group's substantial prime real estate and historic buildings in Bridgetown. It was formed through the amalgamation of assets from three companies: Applewhaites Investments Limited, Bulkeley Investments Limited, and S.P. Musson Son & Company Limited. S.P. Musson Son & Company is charged with refurbishing and transforming the Group's properties and other buildings, including under-utilized warehouses. With imaginative renovations, many of the Group's old buildings are now modern, prime office spaces and other commercial entities. This has led to higher occupancy rates and contributed to the overall enhancement of Bridgetown.
